An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of inserting a plastic card you scan a QR code, and a new mobile line with data for your destination appears next to your usual one.
When do I receive my eSIM?
Immediately after payment. The QR code is shown on the confirmation page, sent to your e-mail and stored in your account under "My eSIMs".
When does the plan start?
The day count starts when the eSIM connects to a network at the destination for the first time, not when you buy or install it. Install at home, activate on arrival.
Is the data really unlimited?
Yes. Plans are unlimited for the whole duration. Like every unlimited travel plan, a fair-use policy applies to extreme usage, and speeds depend on the local networks (5G and 4G where available).
Can I share data with a hotspot?
Yes, hotspot and tethering are supported, so you can connect a laptop, tablet or a travel companion.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your physical SIM stays active for calls and SMS while the eSIM handles mobile data. You can switch data between the two lines at any time.
